Terms of Service — HausLink

Welcome to HausLink ("HausLink", "we", "our", "us"), Papua New Guinea's accommodation platform. By using HausLink — including the public marketplace (hauslink.online), the Repeat Flow property dashboard, and any related services — you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Who we are

HausLink is operated by Inapi Group, Papua New Guinea. We provide a platform that connects guests with property owners, and gives property owners tools to manage bookings, guests and revenue. We are not the property owner, host, or accommodation provider for any listing.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
You agree to provide accurate, current information and to update it when it changes.
We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

3. Bookings & payments

Bookings are made directly with the property owner via the HausLink platform. Prices are displayed in PGK (Papua New Guinea Kina). Property owners are responsible for honouring confirmed bookings, providing the advertised accommodation, and complying with PNG hospitality and tax laws.

4. Property owners

You confirm you have the legal right to list and operate the property.
You must keep your listing accurate, including photos, pricing, availability and amenities.
You agree to respond to booking requests promptly and treat guests with respect.
You are responsible for all taxes, insurance, licensing and compliance for your property.
Growth Plans (Starter K99 / Business K299 / Premium K499 per month) are billed monthly in PGK. You may cancel anytime — access continues until the end of the paid period.

5. Acceptable use

No fake listings, fake reviews, or misleading content.
No illegal activity, harassment, discrimination, or unsafe conditions.
No scraping, reverse-engineering, or circumventing platform fees.
No content that infringes third-party intellectual property.

6. Content & licence

You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, descriptions, etc.). You grant HausLink a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, display, and promote that content on the HausLink platform and its official marketing channels (including social media and newsletters).

7. Fees & cancellations

HausLink may charge subscription fees and/or commission on bookings as disclosed in your plan. Cancellation policies are set per property. Refunds are governed by the property's stated policy at the time of booking.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

HausLink provides the platform "as is" without warranty of fitness for any particular purpose. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any listing or the conduct of any user. To the maximum extent permitted by PNG law, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid HausLink in the 3 months before the claim arose.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify HausLink against claims arising from your breach of these Terms, your content, or your operation of a property listed on HausLink.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or where required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive (IP, liability, indemnity) will survive termination.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Papua New Guinea. Disputes will be resolved in PNG courts unless we agree otherwise in writing.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app banner at least 14 days before they take effect.
