HausLink Marketplace Terms & Conditions

These Marketplace Terms apply to accommodation providers who list a property on the HausLink Marketplace and receive booking requests generated through HausLink. They are separate from Repeat Flow subscriptions, Growth visibility plans, the HausLink Founding Partner Program and the HausLink Partner Network.

1. Listing on HausLink Marketplace

Listing a property on the HausLink Marketplace is free. There is no listing fee, no setup fee and no monthly charge for a Marketplace listing.

2. Platform commission

For accommodation bookings generated through HausLink Marketplace, the property agrees to pay HausLink a 5% platform commission calculated against the final eligible value of the completed stay.

• HausLink platform commission: 5% of the final eligible completed stay value.
• Commission applies only to stays generated through HausLink Marketplace.
• Commission is calculated on the final eligible value of the completed stay, so it adjusts if the booking legitimately changes before completion.
• No commission is charged on cancellations, no-shows or bookings sourced off-platform.

3. Handling booking requests inside HausLink

Marketplace booking requests must be progressed inside HausLink. The property agrees to respond to requests, record acceptance or decline, and keep booking status accurate so that travellers receive reliable confirmations.

• Traveller contact details are released once the property confirms availability.
• Diverting a HausLink-generated traveller to an off-platform booking to avoid commission is a breach of these Terms.

4. Traveller privacy

Traveller details supplied through HausLink may be used only to service the specific booking. They must not be added to marketing lists, resold or shared with third parties.

5. Cancellations and changes

The property is responsible for honouring confirmed bookings and for communicating any change promptly through HausLink. Repeated unilateral cancellations may result in reduced visibility or removal from the Marketplace.

6. Acceptance and versioning

Acceptance is recorded once per Terms version, per property, together with the applicable commission rate and the date of acceptance. If HausLink publishes a materially updated version, the property will be asked to review and accept the new version before progressing further Marketplace booking requests.

7. Suspension

HausLink may suspend Marketplace visibility or booking capability where these Terms are breached, where a listing is materially inaccurate, or where traveller safety is at risk.
