Founding Partner Agreement

1. The offer

HausLink (operated by Inapi Group, PNG) is selecting 50 Founding Partners from Papua New Guinea. Selected partners pay a one-off PGK 999 fee for 12 months of priority marketplace placement and cross-channel marketing exposure, plus professional listing setup:

• 180 days commission-free bookings during the HausLink launch period, same as every property owner (see Note below)
• Unlimited property listings on the HausLink marketplace
• Priority featured placement & top-of-list ranking for 12 months
• Includes Premium Growth visibility tier
• Marketing across the HausLink Facebook page (launching with this program)
• Marketing across HausLink Instagram, Newsletter, WhatsApp channel, and TikTok as each launches
• Exposure on the founder's X / Twitter account (65,000+ followers, growing, ~90% US-based)
• Flagship Founding Partner badge on your listing

Note: Listing your property and receiving bookings on HausLink is always free, and every property owner gets 180 days commission-free bookings during launch — that's not exclusive to Founding Partners. The Founding Partner fee unlocks premium visibility, priority placement and cross-channel marketing for 12 months, plus Premium Growth tier access. Repeat Flow (booking management, guest CRM, operations dashboard) is a separate product — PGK 750 one-time setup + PGK 500/month — and is not included in the Founding Partner fee.

2. Payment & activation (manual, initial phase)

Online checkout is not yet enabled. The current workflow is:

• You submit this application.
• We review for values alignment and respond within 48 hours.
• If accepted, we email you payment instructions for the PGK 999 fee (bank transfer / Kumul Pay once available).
• Once payment is confirmed, we activate Founding Partner status on your account and your 12 months begin.

3. What we expect of Founding Partners

• You are a real property owner or authorised operator in Papua New Guinea.
• You complete and keep your listing accurate (photos, pricing, availability, amenities).
• You respond to booking requests within 24 hours.
• You treat guests with respect and provide the accommodation as advertised.
• You allow HausLink to feature your property in marketing materials across the channels above during the 12-month period.
• You provide honest feedback to help us improve the platform.

4. What we will not do

• We will not charge additional platform fees during the 12-month Founding Partner period.
• We will not sell your data or share it outside the operations described in our Privacy Policy.
• We will not use your name, brand or photos for paid third-party advertising without your written consent.

5. Acceptance & selection

Submitting this application does not guarantee acceptance. HausLink will review every application and may request additional information. Decisions are at HausLink's sole discretion and are final. Applications close at 23:59 PGT on 30 September 2026 or when the 50 spots are filled — whichever comes first.

6. After the 12-month period

At the end of the Founding Partner period, listing and receiving bookings remains free. You may continue on any standard HausLink plan for premium features (Growth Starter K99 / Growth Business K299 / Growth Premium K499 per month). We will notify you at least 30 days before the Founding Partner period ends. No automatic charge — you must explicitly choose a paid plan.

7. Termination

Either party may end this arrangement with 14 days' written notice. HausLink may end it immediately for breach of these terms, our Terms of Service, or PNG law. Your account and listings remain yours; you can export your data on request.

8. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Papua New Guinea and supplements (does not replace) the HausLink Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
